IEP (Individualized Educational Plan)

I had the opportunity to fill out IEP assessments while being attendant. The opportunity has allowed me to have lots of confidence in a school settings. The job allows me to observe many different teachers on a weekly basis. 

This particular assessment seeks to create a plan or program specific to the given child's needs. An IEP allows for allocation of resources to be given to a student.
